Returns: Defective or damaged items may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Replacement Window: We are unable to accommodate refund or replacement requests if more than 14 days has passed since an item was delivered.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange your defective item for the same item, send us an email at info@paragon-books.com to coordinate an exchange.

International Orders: Due to the high cost of international shipping, exchanges may not be possible for international orders. In the event that an exchange is not possible, a refund or partial refund may be offered.
